What is this?

• the controller identity, categories of data, purposes of processing, and privacy information should be stated clearly
• the lawful basis relied on should fit the operational use being described, including safeguarding or special-category processing where relevant
• data-sharing, access, retention, and parental or pupil rights processes should be documented coherently
• internal practice, published policies, and the actual document trail should not contradict one another
